Prasad Shelar
Founder
Prasad founded Leisurekart in 2013. He is responsible for setting the overall direction, product strategy and managing the company’s business operations.
Prior to founding Leisurekart, Prasad has worked with multiple brands in marketing and technology.
Prasad is an active yachtsman and has represented India in several international sailing competitions. He started sailing at age 12 and has won a total of 25 national medals (11 gold, 6 silver and 8 bronze) and a bronze medal for India at the Asian Sailing Championship.
Prasad has an MBA in Marketing from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Wilson College.
